Nikon D810 and fiber in the house!
Kids and work has occupied my attention leaving little time for creativity with video and photo lately. A recent purchase however have steered me on the right path once more. It also helps that we finally got fiber in the house after 6 long month living in the stone age of 3G.
I got me a Nikon D810 and so far it has been mated with two out of the tree holy trinity lenses (need to get the 12-24 to make it complete). Must say it is a huge step in image quality! The resolution and the ability to work with shadows are just incredible. I love this new tool. Been shooting some video with it, nothing pro just yet but still, the images produced in 1920/60p is just great! Don't really see anyone on the market asking for more. I´ll be sure to post a more in-depth review from a cinematographers perspective soon, since this is something I feel is lacking on the internet =/
Hope to be updating a lot more frequent going forward so make sure you drop by the site, and if you have a mission be sure to light the Bat-signal, SFP is sure to answer the call!
